Are NUTRAZIN products 100% authentic?
Yes. All products are sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every batch is traceable. Contact support with your batch number for verification.
How long does delivery take?
Most prepaid orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Delivery time may vary by pincode. Enter your pincode on the product or checkout page for an estimate.
What is your return & refund policy?
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged or incorrect. Opened supplement tubs are not eligible for return due to safety regulations. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
How do Nutrazin Coins work?
Earn 1 coin for every ₹1 spent on prepaid orders. Redeem 10 coins = ₹1 off your next order. Coins require login. Coins and product coupons cannot be combined on the same order.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently we accept prepaid online payment only via secure PayU gateway for faster processing and coin rewards. COD may be introduced for select pincodes in future.
How should I store my supplements?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed. Do not refrigerate unless mentioned on the label. Always check the expiry date before use.
Are your products FSSAI licensed?

How can I track my order?
Go to Account → My Orders after login. You will receive email updates when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered. Guest users can track using order reference from confirmation email.
Can I use coins and a coupon together?
No. Only one discount type per order — either Nutrazin Coins OR a product coupon. Remove the existing discount before applying another.
Should I consult a doctor before taking supplements?
Yes, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use our in-app Support chat for general product guidance.
