Orders & Pricing

• Products in the nutraceutical / Ayurvedic category are non-returnable and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other logistics services.
• Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to operational or unforeseen delays.
• Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, we are not responsible for transit delays beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all nutraceutical and Ayurvedic products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product delivery as per our Refund Policy.

All website content, images, product details, logos, and the brand name NUTRAZIN are owned by us. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Account & Data

App accounts are managed via Shopify Customer Accounts. You may request account deletion through the app. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

WhatsApp, SMS & App Alerts

By placing an order or ticking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” at checkout, you consent to receive messages from NUTRAZIN on WhatsApp, SMS, and the app about:

• Order, payment, dispatch, and delivery updates.
• Abandoned cart reminders if items stay in your cart or checkout is not completed.
• Offers, extra discounts on items already in your cart, and new product launches.

You can manage or turn off WhatsApp, SMS, and push alerts from Account → Notification Settings in the app. Stopping promotional alerts does not cancel order or delivery updates needed to fulfil your purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab & Chandigarh.
