Delete Your Nutrazin Account

At Nutrazin, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our mobile app or customer account, you can request account deletion using the steps below.

How to request account deletion

Option 1 - Through the Nutrazin app (recommended)

Open the Nutrazin app on your phone
Go to the Account tab
Tap Request Account Deletion
Review the information and tap Submit Request
You will receive a confirmation once your request is received

Option 2 - By email

Send an email to info@nutrazin.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include:

Your registered email address or phone number
Your full name (as on the account)
A brief reason for deletion (optional)

What happens after you submit a request

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
We may contact you at your registered email to verify your identity
Once verified, your Nutrazin / Shopify customer account will be deleted or deactivated
You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise personal data linked to your account, including:

Name, email address and phone number
Saved addresses
Wishlist and app preferences
Nutrazin Coins balance and rewards history linked to your account
Support chat history associated with your account

What data may be retained

Some information may be kept for legal, tax and regulatory reasons, including:

Order and payment records (as required by Indian tax and commerce laws)
Records needed to resolve disputes, chargebacks or legal claims
Data we are legally required to retain

Retained data is stored securely and is not used for marketing purposes.

Data deletion without account deletion

If you only want to update or remove specific personal data without deleting your entire account, email us at info@nutrazin.com with your request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

Login & account information

Nutrazin accounts are managed through Shopify Customer Accounts. Deleting your account removes your access to the Nutrazin app and associated customer profile. You may need to sign in again if you create a new account in the future.
